In January 2023, I collaborated with the founders of Crowdhouse AG to establish a new Real Estate Technology startup by spinning off our real estate software group.

• I played a pivotal role in the new company's management team. I shared responsibility for defining the new product org structure, software stack, process and workflow revisions, design system adaptations, and integrating the design team resources.
• I oversaw the evolution of the brand and co-developed proto-guidelines for the next stage of the Propportunity market strategy.
• I coached our cross-disciplinary teams through the changes and preparations for the new startup, along with the Directors of Product and Engineering.
