I worked for Netflix from 2005-2008, leading the visual and interaction design for several areas, including ratings & recommendations, DVD purchase store, search and search results, DVD movie queue, and the newly introduced video streaming feature in 2007. I also took part in usability testing and extensive quantitative and qualitative testing, using methodical A/B test and metrics analysis to validate and refine our design and feature implementations.
