In August 2021 I joined the co-founders of Crowdhouse AG in founding a new startup, including establishing the business and product and hiring the product development team.

• Co-founded Driven with Crowdhouse AG founders (launched in March 2022), bringing innovation to the digital car collectible space.
• Together with Head of Product, led the development of Driven's business and product vision, establishing new benchmarks in the collectible car market.
• Recruited core cross-functional design and development team of five members.
